Abstract: Missing values in the database is a common problem, analyst face in data mining. Data analysis is an essential stage of the data preparation for data mining. Missing data are a determined problem that can cause partiality to unproductive analysis. Missing values in the database makes difficult the data analysis and final or consolidated result. It affects loss of accuracy of mediatory result and calculations. To solve the missing values problems, some statistical techniques are required during data preparation or cleaning. By the help of statistical technique, we can recover incompleteness of missing data and reduce ambiguities. In this paper, we introduce Ascent Average approach by which missing attribute values are recovered.

Abstract: This paper deals with the use of the Geosynthetic material in civil engineering environment. Now a day’s world wide the Geosynthetic material is used in various types of civil engineering structures, and the use is gradually increasing. This is a new technique formed by the association of the soil by applying the tension resistant elements in the form of sheets, strips and nets. There are various loads are acting on the foundation. If the soil is loose than its increase the foundation cost, to overcome this problem the different layers of geotextile are applied below the foundation slab. So using the different types of woven geotextile and perform the CBR test by applying at different depths and calculate the loads and penetration and on from these values calculate capacity improvement ratio of the soil, changes in the thickness of the pavement.

Abstract: Ad Hoc network is a network without physical structure and is established with mobile nodes using wireless connections. Ad Hoc network is highly flexible and supports dynamic network topology. Thus, the efficiency of the routing protocol will affect the overall network performance. Mobile ad hoc networks carriage several kinds of security problems, initiated by their open systems and nature of collaborative by limited accessibility of resources. In this paper we study and analyses various attacks that can be possible on AODV. My planned work is an extension of AODV to the secure AODV protocol extension, which contains tuning policies aimed at improving routing performance. Proposed an extension to Adaptive-SAODV of the secure AODV protocol extension. In our thesis we goals s Developed a routing protocol algorithm to solve the problem of efficiency transmission in Mobile Ad Hoc networks. So that work we divided the process into two parts.

Abstract: English Character Recognition techniques expanded in the field of pattern recognition research in the recent years and its progress is quite high. But for Indian regional languages are it is still emerging approach and progress is too slow. In the field of research neural network is one of the largest domains that can be implemented in number of day to day activity problems. One of the important applications of neural network is classification. K-NN classifier has given good results in English Language. For Gujarati Language k-NN classifier gives very poor results. To improve the recognition rate of k-NN classifier it can be combined with another classifier like SVM or neural network. In our proposed work we have used k-NN classifier with Self-Organizing Map. The poor recognition rate or Gujarati Language is due to conjuncts. This hybrid approach focuses first on clustering of Consonants and Conjuncts so that k-NN classifier classification will be more efficient. This hybrid approach gives recognition rate near to 99%. Such efficient classification strategy is discussed here.
