Abstract: This paper presents a comparison of various tuning formulas of PID controllers for first order with dead time. The values of the three coefficients of PID controllers for the given FOPDT i.e. proportional gain (kc), integral gain (ki) and derivative gain (kd) are calculated using these formulas and then a simulink model has been designed. By designing the controller using different method it has been concluded that ISTE-Set point method is better because it produce less rise time, less overshoot and less settling time.

Abstract: Mobile ad hoc networks are infrastructure less net-works and their fast and unpredictable topology makes multicast-ting in MANETs even more difficult. Group key calculation has to be done for multicasting communications and new methods are needed to perform the group key calculation securely in MANETs. This system aims to implement the session-based group key evaluation for secure multicast communication using a more secure Group Key Agreement method. The GKA method which calculates the group key for the multicast session uses the Improved Diffie Hellman Key Exchange instead of the Normal Diffie Hellman Key Exchange. The results of the implementation are also presented.

Abstract: This paper reviews a brief survey of the Medium Access Control (MAC) protocols for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) with the two broad categories namely contention based and scheduled based MAC protocols for wireless sensor networks. It describes pros and cons of some known solutions of the MAC protocols with emphasis on their energy efficiency. The main goal in WSN is prolonging the lifetime of the sensor node that is usually battery powered and can thus be achieved by designing energy-efficient MAC protocols..

Abstract: Food is fuel for us by which we get energy. So it is very necessary to preserve that food. Cold room can hold anything at lower temperature. Cold chain is now recognized as a sunrise sector in India. The current scenario reveals that there is a tremendous scope for the development of cold chain facilities and Cold Rooms form the heart of the cold chain. The cooling rate and quality of food stuffs in a cold room are highly dependent on the temperature field which is closely related to flow field. Cold rooms of varying sizes are used to chill and store food. The air in these rooms is usually cooled by a heat exchanger which draws warm air with the aid of a fan which in turn circulates cool air. In this research paper a cold room is analyzed experimentally and by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The simulation results reflected the characteristics of airflow and temperature distribution. After that, several design parameters which would affect the flow field in the cold store were analyzed. The results of calculation indicated that all these design parameters influenced the flow and temperature fields inside the cold store greatly.

Abstract: This article develops a novel non-probability sampling design named “voluntary sampling” design. The final survey sample is selected from volunteered and qualified potential respondents in the target population. The intent to conduct a survey is published prior to the implementation of the sampling design. This accords prospective respondents ample time to decide on whether or not to volunteer for selection to participate in the survey. There is also an opportunity for the potential respondents to investigate on the possible responses to give during the survey if selected into the final sample. A pilot sampling is conducted to determine the alacrity of the prospective respondents to participate in the survey. The proposed sampling design divides the target population into volunteers and non-volunteers strata. The implementation of the sampling design achieved a hundred percentage response rate and gathered quality and dependable data in the HIV/AIDS survey.

Abstract: In modern corporate world of competition, an advertisement as a major weapon to overcome the fierce competition. If we glimpse in our day to day life, We come across various types of advertisement. In this era of throat cut competition of business and marketing, an advertisement plays an essential, powerful and important role because of various purposes, among them commercial and non-commercial are very important. It has proved that in marketing communication, AIDA model is a soul of advertisement. Hence, this article emphasises,(1) how to attract people through AIDA model by introducing a new product? (2) To create a corporate personality or image by effective use of AIDA. (3)What is the effect of AIDA model? , which tempts us (people) to buy new product.

Abstract: Lean is a management thinking that boosts the value of consumers through waste removal and continuous improvement in a system. Lean has been identified as one of the chief approach in increasing the production and so the competitiveness of industries. In this paper, a systematic review on lean principles and exercises in the manufacturing industries is presented. This paper presents identified enablers and barriers in the implementation of the lean principle and exercise, methodology used in leanness dimension of an industry in the manufacturing organizations. Finally, conclusion is drawn to demonstrate dispersal of the lean in the manufacturing organization.
