Volume: I , Issue: III  Publication Year: 2014 , Page(s): 247-257

Abstract: In this paper the proposed method of outlier detection is the combination of priority based fuzzy clustering and Mahalanobis distance measure. In proposed method fuzzy logic is used for calculation of fuzzy membership. Real data set contain uncertain and vague data samples. This situation can efficiently handle by fuzzy logic. If the variables are correlated than Mahalanobis Distance is used. Euclidean distance can not handle this situation. Proposed method can be divided in to two parts: Initialization and clustering , outlier detection. In Initialization phase initialize the priority and threshold of each attributes. After perform fuzzy clustering with considering priority and Euclidean distance. Generated result fed as input to second phase. And in this phase outlier detection can be done through Mahalanobis distance measure. Proposed algorithm take the advantages of both the fuzzy logic and Mahalanobis distance. So that proposed algorithm work better than existing.

Image Mining Using Image Profiling

Hetal Tretiya,Prof.Jigar Patel

Volume: I , Issue: III  Publication Year: 2014 , Page(s): 258-262

Abstract: Image retrieval is the basic requirement task in the present scenario. Content Based Image Retrieval is the popular image retrieval system by which the target image to be retrieved based on the useful features of the given image. In other end, image mining is the arising concept which can be used to extract potential information from the general collection of images. Target or close Images can be retrieved in a little fast if it is clustered in a right manner. In this paper, the concepts of CBIR and Image mining have been combined and a new technique has been introduced in order to increase the discriminating power of the color indexing of the image retrieval

system.

Volume: I , Issue: III  Publication Year: 2014 , Page(s): 263-267

Abstract: Zigbee is most popular and suitable protocol for home automation network applications. On the other side security is of major concern as far as acceptance of zigbee network in critical home area networks as specially broadcast applications are concern. Now a day’s bus architecture is popular for wired home automation networks. All bus protocols adopt broadcast methodology for application layer which is not secured way for advance

network layer protocols such as Zigbee. So we have come up with a new protocol using authentication in broadcasting which increases security measures for bus application by introducing minimum overheads to existing protocol.

Volume: I , Issue: III  Publication Year: 2014 , Page(s): 268-273

Abstract: Remote access and monitoring of data using the technology like Internet or LAN (Local Area Network) is one of the very fast growing application areas in various industries, hospitals, banking etc. This paper present design and implementation of phototherapy machine for the pediatric’s hospital and attempt to provide remote monitoring facility, which is not present in existing low cost phototherapy machine. The control unit is designed based on an AVR microcontroller unit. Designed system basically measure the air & body temperatures and humidity. The control system is built for to control the air & body temperatures and humidity locally means where immature infants are kept and monitoring of all these vital parameters locally on to the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and from the remote place using LAN as well as Internet. The complete design consist of application software including, heating control system based on firing angle control of TRIAC, keypad for to set the required temperatures and humidity level, interactive GUI has been designed in Visual Studio for to display sensed and set point values and advices from the doctor, database which is stored previously measured parameters. The dedicated website is also designed for monitoring of all these parameters from the remote place.

Kunal B. Sanghvi, Prof. Amish J. Tankariya & Bhavesh S. Bhensdadiya

Volume: I , Issue: III  Publication Year: 2014 , Page(s): 274-280

Abstract: Many researchers have started working in the field of reversible logic circuits because of its ability to reduce power consumption. Circuits designed using reversible logic gates have reversible property which helps in reducing the power consumption of the circuit as compared to the circuits designed using conventional logic gates. In this paper, we have designed encoder and decoder using conventional logic gates and reversible logic gates and compared on the basis of parameters such as power consumption, logical calculation, unused outputs and delay.
